What you leave with

See identification as it arises

Chronic overthinking is sustained by a subtle merger with thought. Insight about that is not enough. You learn to notice it in real time.

Stabilize attention in the body

When attention is in sensation, the mind has less room to loop. The week trains that return, again and again.

Interrupt rumination

Tools for nervous system literacy, cleaner decisions, and less reactive action at work and at home.

Leave with a practice

Vipassana-informed sitting, sensation-based inquiry, breath-informed movement. Beginners welcome. Not more concepts.

Five days at Kripalu

Arrive Sunday. Four teaching days inside Kripalu’s daily rhythm. Leave Friday after lunch.

  1. Sun Dec 6

  2. Mon Dec 7 – Thu Dec 10

    Four teaching days

Morning and afternoon program sessions with Cirak. Silent breakfast. Kripalu yoga around the edges if you want it. Optional evening session.

  3. Fri Dec 11

    Depart

A typical teaching day

Monday to Thursday follow this clock. Sunday and Friday are shorter. Meals and rest sit between the teaching blocks.

  1. 6:30–7:45am

    Optional yoga

A Kripalu yoga class if you want movement before the day’s work. Not required.

  2. 7:30–9am

    Silent breakfast

Eat without conversation. Let the nervous system stay settled before the first session.

  3. 9–11:30am

    Morning program

Meditation, somatic awareness, and structured inquiry. See identification with thought as it arises, and return to the body.

  4. 11:30am–1:30pm

    Lunch

Three meals a day are included with your stay. Time on the grounds if you want it.

  5. 1:30–4pm

    Afternoon program

Sensation-based inquiry and emotional integration. Progressive, not a hunt for peak states.

  6. 4:45–6pm

    Optional yoga

Another Kripalu class if the body wants movement after sitting.

  7. 5:30–7:30pm

    Dinner

Eat together. Let the afternoon land.

  8. 7:30–9pm

    Optional evening session

Further inquiry when it is offered. How this lives in decisions, work, and relationships.

Apply for a place

This is an application, not a ticket purchase. Cirak’s team reads your responses to see if this week is a good fit. If it is, they write to you about next steps.

A few honest sentences are enough.

Work, decisions, relationships, burnout, or a mind that will not switch off.
